Child safety standards

Lungdi is a dating app for adults, operated by Lushai Tech. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This page explains our standards, how to report a concern, and what we do about it.

Our standards

The following are banned on Lungdi and lead to removal of the content and a permanent ban of the account:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• grooming, or any sexual or inappropriate contact with a minor;
• sexualised content that involves or depicts a person under 18;
• anything else that is harmful to children.

These rules are part of our Terms of Service (community rules and reporting).

Keeping minors out

• Lungdi is only for people aged 18 and over.
• You must enter your date of birth to create a profile, and we do not let anyone under 18 complete one.
• If we learn that a user is under 18, we delete the account. See section 12 of our Privacy Policy.

How to report

• In the app: block, hide or report any profile.
• By email: write to our Grievance Officer at lushaitechnologies@gmail.com. You do not need an account. Include the profile name or phone number if you know it.

Chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we cannot read them. If you are reporting a conversation, include the messages or screenshots that matter.

What we do about reports

• We remove content and suspend or permanently ban the accounts that break these standards. Serious breaches are always a permanent ban.
• Content showing a person in a sexual or intimate way is removed or disabled within 24 hours of a complaint.
• We comply with lawful orders from courts and government agencies, and share information about an account when the law requires it.
• Every action by our staff on an account is recorded in an audit log.

• Childline (for a child in need of help): 1098
• If someone is in immediate danger: 112
